Outsourcing Manager for Information Communication Technology (ICT) Activities

If you have at least 18 months of working experience in fields related to the requirements of the position of Outsourcing Manager for Information Communication Technology (ICT) Activities and you have:

• University degree and 4 years of work experience in economics, finance, banking, IT or other related fields;
• Previous experience in the IT field is an advantage;
• Advanced knowledge of computer operation (MS Office) and of English
• Good skills in organizing and coordinating teams, interpreting information and preparing reports and analyses, solving problems and making decisions;
• Knowledge and understanding of the Bank’s workflow structure and operating procedures and the legal requirements in the field of outsourcing;
• Communication and inter-relationship skills, attention to detail and responsibility;
• The ability to set priorities and deadlines in order to deliver accurate and timely results;
• Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues from other countries, senior management of the Bank, management of IT providers on a level playing field

Then, in ProCredit Bank you will be able to:

• Act as the owner of the contractual framework for outsourced activities and make sure that contracts related to outsourcing activities comply with internal, legal requirements and include specific clauses regarding the level of service provision;
• Ensure that the outsourced activities, especially those in the ICT sphere, comply with the changes in the legal framework, respectively makes proposals to amend the contracts of the outsourced activities;
• Provide support to the Banking Applications Support Department for the review, the elaboration, approval and adoption of the procedures and requirements regarding the management of ICT services;
• Participate, with the involvement of the Risk Management Department, in the definition of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Requirements (SLRs), defining the tools to monitor the indicators (KPIs and SRLs);
• Check, monitor and document on a continuous basis the level of fulfillment of the performance indicators in the reports provided;
• Verify, monitor and document compliance with the contractual clauses agreed with the providers of the outsourced services and reports to the Risk Management Department the results of monitoring the performance level of outsourced activities;
• Actively participate in the Committees of the Bank and in the meetings of the Board of Directors in order to present the performance reports of outsourced services, especially ICT services;
• Intermediate the interaction between the other institutions (e.g. supervision, auditing, etc.) and the providers of outsourced services
• Act as a connecting factor between the internal and external parts of the Bank and the providers of outsourced services and prepares the materials and information requested by external auditors, supervisory authorities in the context of outsourced ICT services;
• Participate in training sessions organized by outsourced service providers, especially those organized by the external ICT service provider, on knowledge transfer;
• Revise and elaborate, propose for approval and adoption of the requirements regarding the reintegration plan of ICT outsourced activities, actively participate in the process of internalization of activities, if the situation requires it.
