Limit modified for the cash withdrawal notification

In the context of implementing the 24/7 zones in all the bank outlets and of replicating the cashless concept at the counter, in most of our outlets, we look forward to create a better banking experience for our clients, through having more efficient processes. The elimination or the decrease of cash operations at the counter was complemented with the implementation of new functions for the banking terminals from the 24/7 zones, which have the advantage of being able to be used in any given moment of the day.
Taking into consideration these gradual changes, we announce you that, starting with March 20th 2017, the cash amounts you wish to withdraw from the counter will require a two working days prior notification, in case the amount exceeds EUR 1,000 or the equivalent in RON.
