ProCredit Bank continues its co-operation with the Agency of Payments and Intervention in Agriculture

In August 2014, ProCredit Bank renewed its collaboration with the Agency of Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA). Under this agreement, the bank provides funding to recipients of grants received from APIA within the Single Area Payment Scheme (SAPS). ProCredit Bank thus continues to support agricultural clients by offering financing solutions tailored to the specific requirements of their business activities.

This financing facility is available to customers who have already received cash subsidies from APIA and have transferred these funds to a current account at ProCredit Bank but is also available to new customers as well. The bank is offering financing to APIA grant recipients in the form of a credit line with a maximum maturity period ending on 31 March 2015. The maximum amount of financing that the bank can offer is 90% of the total subsidy received from APIA.

ProCredit Bank accepts flexible guarantees for financing, such as the assignment of APIA funds or personal collateral, depending on the amount awarded. In addition, applicants can benefit from the guarantees provided by the Rural Credit Guarantee Fund for 60% of the credit line for amounts exceeding RON 200,000.

ProCredit remained one of the preferred banks for loans granted under APIA subsidies in 2013, which underlines the trust that clients have in the capacity of ProCredit Bank to finance agricultural activities.

ProCredit Bank has a network of 28 branches and service points located in the country’s main cities, serving a wide range of business and private customers, with a focus on small and medium enterprises.
